水流指示器是自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)中的重要組成部件．是將水流信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號(hào)的一種報(bào)警裝置，安裝在自動(dòng)噴水滅火系所保護(hù)的每個(gè)防火分區(qū)和每個(gè)樓層的配水管道中。當(dāng)管網(wǎng)中水流量大于 15L ／ min 時(shí)，水流指示器的葉片受水流沖擊移動(dòng)，改變微動(dòng)開關(guān)的開關(guān)狀態(tài)，發(fā)出報(bào)警信號(hào)．起到監(jiān)測(cè)和指示報(bào)警區(qū)域的作用。水流指示器應(yīng)豎直安裝在管網(wǎng)水平管道上，其動(dòng)作方向應(yīng)和水流一致，水流指示器的周圍必須留有一定的空間，便于安裝維修操作。

水流指示器安裝位置前后最好連接有長(zhǎng)度 1 m 以上的直管段，以避免水流干擾，水流指示器在運(yùn)輸和安裝過(guò)程中，應(yīng)盡量避免劇烈碰撞，防止損壞工作部件或使預(yù)先調(diào)定的工作參數(shù)漂移。

本公司生產(chǎn)的水流指示器靈敏度已經(jīng)調(diào)試合格，安裝前后不允許自行拆卸調(diào)整。如確有問(wèn)題，經(jīng)我公司確認(rèn)后，予以重新調(diào)整或更換。

The water flow indicator, crucial part of the sprinkler system, is a warning device that turns water flow signal into one of electronic, and installed each fire zone protected by the sprinkler system and water distribution pipe of each floor.When the water flow in the pipe network is over15L/min, the vane of the water flow indicator will change micro switch to send alerting signal, which serves monitoring and indicating the alert zone. The water flow indicator should be vertically setup on the horizontal pipeline of the pipe network and its moving direction same as the water flow. And there must be room for operation of installment and maintenance.

1meter long or above straight pipe should better be linked on the front and back of the water flow indicator to avoid interference of water flow. During the process of transportation and installment, the water flow indicator shall to the greatest extent be averted from violent crash, in case of damage of working parts or change of pre-set working parameter.

The sensitivity of the water flow indicator produced by our company has been calibrated and self disassembly and adjustment are prohibited. In the event of problem, we will readjust or change the product after confirmation.
